Hi,
Friends, Romans, countrymen! Lend me your ears.....oh! I mean friends, Indians and my dear people, lend me your eyes.....for here are some pictures of our Italy trip, where we celebrated our first anniversary.
Yes, it is an year already!!! Sathya and myself visited Rome, Florence and Venice, and had a great time there. Going to these places had always been our dream...
The place is beautiful and bursting at its seams with art....they have maintained most of the older buildings, roads intact such that the place appears to have frozen in time. Yeah, the bubble bursts when you see a bus go past instead of a horse-carriage..and of course, men in jeans instead of cute little togas and roman sandals! ;)
Rome with its beautiful buildings and cobbled roads, Florence with its beautiful bridges, medieval charm and innumerable museums and David, and Venice with is fantasy-like setting, gondolas and carnival.............
Oh, I can go on and on, but I think I will let the pictures speak out their story!
