Requirement:
1. A minimum of 2 persons booking is required as the rates offered are on per person basis on twin sharing room unless specified in the package.
Payments:
2. All bookings should be made at least 17 days prior to the travel date with 50% advance payment
3. All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees. Services not utilized are Non-Refundable.
4. No refunds will be made after availing of the travel services, in case of 'No Show’, passenger delays, any changes made in the dates and itinerary, early checkout or partial utilization of services.
5. Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any hike in entrance fees at sightseeing places, taxes, fuel surcharges or any other levies by the Government, the same would be charged as extra.
6. All bookings are subject to availability.
7. All passenger details should be provided for confirming tours. Surcharges are applicable for single travellers, travelling alone without companion, which will be notified at the time of booking.

Payment in full by DD, cheque or cash deposit at our ICICI Bank account.

d. No. of Children below 12 years (or as requested in the respective package)
e. Travel dates (please suggest an alternate date as this is a peak season for travel.)
f. Arrival & Departure flight/train details
g. Bookings sent on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day. It normally takes 3 working days to confirm reservations.
Mode of Payment:
9. All payments should be sent in advance while confirming the booking, through bank transfer, or Demand Drafts in favour of Concept Voyages. Kindly note that all confirmation vouchers will be given after realization of funds.

Policy Regarding Cancellation
10. All refunds after cancellation are subject to Concept Voyages and its suppliers’ refund policy. Any updates on cancellation policy made will be notified at the time of booking. Please note that the refund process may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures the refunds, if any are made by cheque or bank account transfer. The bank charges, administrative and financial charges will be debited from the refund amount. No refunds will be given 7 days prior to travel date.
Our liabilities & limitations:
11. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
12. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
