Day 1 Trivandrum-Kovalam
: Arrive Trivandrum by your flight / train. Meet and greet on arrival
by Concept Voyages' representative and proceed to Kovalam. On arrival at
Kovalam check in to hotel. Afternoon sightseeing of Trivandrum, covering
Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple -
Padmanabhaswamy is a form of Vishnu in Anananthasayanam posture (in eternal sleep of yognidra). This is an ancient temple and the city of Thiruvananthapuram derives its name from the name of the presiding deity enshrined in the temple, Museum,

Day 2 Kovalam-Kanayakumari : After breakfast proceed to
Kanyakumari. Enroute sightseeing of Padhmanabha Swamy temple &
Suchindram

This temple is dedicated to Sthanumalaya (Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma). The 135 feet tall Gopura, 18 feet Hanuman Statue and the musical pillars are of great architectural value. Afternoon arrival at Kanayakumari. Rest of the day sightseeing of
Kanayakumari covering the Vivekananda Rock temple -
This memorial was constructed on one of the twin rocks jutting out from the sea about 200 metres offshore, in 1970 in the memory of great Indian philosopher and spiritual leader Vivekananda who preached the religion of the mind and the power of meditation,

Day 3 Kanayakumari-Madurai: Morning after breakfast proceed to
Madurai. Evening arrival at Madurai. Rest of the day free at leisure.

Day 4 Madurai : Morning visit the Madurai Meenakshi temple -
According to legend Madurai is the actual site where the wedding between Shiva and Meenakshi took place & palace.
Afternoon free for shopping. Evening visit the Madurai temple for the
night ceremony. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5 Madurai-Rameshwaram-Madurai: Excursion to Rameshwaram. Visit
the Rameshwaram temple -
Rameshwaram attracts Vaishnavites (worshippers of Lord Vishnu) and Saivites (worshippers of Lord Shiva) alike. Famous for the Linga of Sri Ranganatha, a pilgrimage to Kashi is not considered complete without a pilgrimage to Rameshwaram and back to Madurai. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6 Rameshwaram-Thekkady : Morning proceed to Thekkady, assisted
by Concept Voyages' representative.
Afternoon arrival at Thekkady. Evening visit the sanctuary. Rest of the
day free. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7 Thekkady-Cochin : After breakfast proceed to Cochin.
Afternoon arrival at Cochin. Rest of the day sightseeing of Cochin.
Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 8 Cochin-Guruvayoor : Morning drive to Guruvayoor. On arrival
check in at hotel. Later visit the Elephant Camp. Evening visit the famous
Guruvayoor temple (Only Hindus are
allowed inside the temple) -
a pilgrim center which has its own glory and greatness, mainly because of the divinity enshrined in the Sanctum - Sanctorum (central shrine) of the temple and the unique charm of the idol installed in it. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 9 Guruvayoor-Thrissur : After breakfast proceed to Thrisuur,
assisted
by Concept Voyages' representative. Afternoon arrival. Evening visit the two famous temple
Vadakkumnathan Temple -
This temple is a classical example of Kerala style of architecture and has many decorative murals and works of art. This is the venue of the world famous Thrissur Pooram Festival celebrated annually in April-May. Non-Hindus are not allowed inside the temple, Paramekkavu Devi Temple -
the architecture and the choice of the site, is based on Vastu Shastra - the Vedic science of dwellings and architecture. The spacing of elemental stereo metric shapes and the remarkable perfection of orderliness within the precincts reflect the order of the cosmos in whose likeliness the temple is conceived. Day 10 Thrissur-Thrissur Railway station / Cochin Airport :
Transfer Cochin Airport / Thrissur Railway station in time to connect
flight/train for onward destination.
