Day 1 Hyderabad: Meet
and greet by our Concept Voyages' representative at the Hyderabad airport
and transfer to hotel. Free day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2 Hyderabad: After breakfast, depart at 2pm for sight seeing to
Durgam Cheruvu-The secret lake, Hi-tech city, Shilparamam crafts village,
the famous Qutub Shahi Tombs. Evening proceed to Golconda fort Sound and
Light show at 6.30pm. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3 Hyderabad Old city: Breakfast at hotel and depart for Full
Day Sight seeing to Birla Mandir then for Salarjung Museum-one of the
biggest one-man collections of antiques. Visit Nizam Jubilee Pavilion
housed at Purani Haveli Palace to see the jewellery of Nizam. Now you
visit the magnificent Charminar Drive through Mecca Masjid, south India's
largest mosque. Shopping at Laad Bazaar, the famous bazaar for Hyderabadi
lacquer stone-studded and glass bangles. Visit Lumbini Park for boating on
Hussain Sagar Lake to get a closer look at the mighty Buddha statue.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 Hyderabad: After breakfast proceed for AP state Museum for viewing
the artefacts of AP state. Afternoon proceed for Mahavir Harina Vanastali
National Park The largest single green lung in Hyderabad City harbouring
the state animal of Andhra Pradesh, the Black Buck. The park terrain
varies from hilly to gently rolling. Sandalwood, Rosewood, Palas, Amalthas,
Albizzias, Accacias, Teak housing Panther, Black Buck, Cheetal, Wild Boar,
Civet, Porcupine, Peacock, pond herons, egrets, kingfishers, cormorants,
30 species of Reptiles and over 120 species of birds. Overnight stay at
hotel.
Day 5 Hyderabad-Medak-Pocharam (98kms/2.5hrs): After breakfast, proceed for full Day tour to Medak,
assisted
by Concept Voyages' representative. Medak is located 98 kms from Hyderabad. Visit
the famous
Medak Church built by Rev. Charles Walker Posnett in year 1914.
For the adventurous travelers we recommend visiting Medak fort, built
during the reign of the Kakatiya emperor Prataparudra. After lunch drive
to
Pocharam Forest and Wildlife sanctuary located 15 kms from Medak amidst
the lush green forest, attracting a lot of winged visitors like Bar-Headed
goose, Brahminy Ducks and the Open Billed Stork. You can also see 5
species of Antelopes and deer. The sanctuary is home to animals like
leopard, Forest cat, wild dog, wolf, Jackal, Sloth Bear, Sambar, Nilgai,
Chinkara, Chital, and the four horned antelope. Late evening, drive back
to Hyderabad. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day6 Hyderabad: Breakfast at hotel, free for shopping and leisure
activities. Check out and transfer to airport for departure.
