Day 1 Amman arrival:
Arrival to Queen Alia International Airport in Amman. You will be welcomed by Concept Voyages’ representative who will transfer you to hotel for overnight stay. Day 2 Amman - Petra - Red Sea: Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a full day tour in the ancient city of the Nabateans - Petra; a real fairy tale of the Middle East. This unique city is located in the mountains, which depending on the time of day; the stones change their colour from pink, dark red to purple colors. Petra is recognized as a new wonder of the world. The giant red mountains and vast mausoleums of a departed race have nothing in common with modern civilization, and ask nothing of it except to be appreciated at their true value - as one of the greatest wonders ever wrought by Nature and Man. Although much has been written about Petra, nothing really prepares you for this amazing place. It has to be seen to be believed. Petra, the world wonder, is without a doubt Jordan's most valuable treasure and greatest tourist attraction. It is a vast, unique city, carved into the sheer rock face by the Nabataeans, an industrious Arab people who settled here more than 2000 years ago, turning it into an important junction for the silk, spice and other trade routes that linked China, India and southern Arabia with Egypt, Syria, Greece and Rome. Transfer to the Red Sea hotel for overnight stay. Day 3 Red Sea - Aqaba: Breakfast at hotel. Free day at the Red Sea. Tourists are attracted to Aqaba's bright sun, warmth, sandy beaches and great opportunities for doing water sports. It offers for both beginners and experienced divers - a diving center. In the evening you can walk around the city, visit many shops and the souvenir stores of Aqaba. Overnight stay at hotel. Day 4 Aqaba: Breakfast at the hotel. Free day at sea. In the evening join the New Year celebrations at the Hotel. Festive New Year program at the hotel includes dinner and musical performance featuring national dancers. Oriental charm will make New Year's Eve memorable and unforgettable! Overnight stay at hotel. Day 5 Aqaba - Dead Sea: Breakfast at Aqaba’s Hotel, transfer to the Dead Sea. Jordanian east coast of the Dead Sea, is one of the most exciting and inspiring natural landscapes in the world. This is an amazing place located in the lowest point of the planet with a geographical indication of 410 meters below sea level. Dead Sea – is a storehouse of minerals and salts that contribute to the overall healing of the body, relax the nervous system and restore the emotional balance. Without a doubt the world's most amazing place, the Jordan Rift Valley is a dramatic, beautiful landscape, which at the Dead Sea, is over 400m (1,312 ft.) below sea level. The lowest point on the face of the earth, this vast stretch of water receives a number of incoming rivers, including the River Jordan. Once the waters reach the Dead Sea they are land-locked and have nowhere to go, so they evaporate, leaving behind a dense, rich, cocktail of salts and minerals that supply industry, agriculture and medicine with some of its finest products. Overnight stay at Dead Sea. Day 6 Dead Sea: Breakfast at hotel. Free day at the Dead Sea. You can float along the Dead Sea waters near your hotel or indulge in getting some spa treatments which your hotel is quipped with. (spa treatments are not included in the package cost) Overnight stay at Dead Sea. Day 7 Dead Sea - Amman: After breakfast at the Hotel, you will visit Mount Nebo - this is the assumed burial place of the Prophet Moses. Next, a visit to the city of Madaba. The main attraction in Madaba is the Byzantine Madaba mosaic map of Jerusalem and other Holy places of the Middle East. Later, move to the capital Amman. You will visit the West and East historical parts of Amman and the Citadel. Check in at Amman's Hotel. Day 8 Amman departure: Breakfast at hotel. Free day at leisure for shopping. Transfer to Amman airport for boarding flight to onward destination. End of tour. |
