Package cost excludes: Airfare, Visa fee, Registration fees, Travel Insurance, departure taxes if any, meals other than specified, optional excursions taken at the destination, personal expenses and any other services not included in the above clause “Package cost includes”.
Note: All rates are quoted in US Dollars on per person basis. Dollar Rate will be calculated at 1 USD = INR 43 irrespective of currency fluctuations. Airfares will be given on request basis. Services not utilized are Non-Refundable. 100% of the package cost will be charged as cancellation charge cancellations before 2 months prior to travel date. Any additional services availed at the hotel should be directly paid. All bookings are subject to availability. Please give us 1 week’s time to process your booking. Travel vouchers will be issued on receiving the full payment. Please note that due to high season rush we cannot take additional bookings after the last date for bookings i.e., 28th February 2008.
