Day 1 Bangalore-Mysore (3hrs/140kms): Meet and greet on arrival by Concept Voyages' representative and transfer to Mysore. Enroute visit Srirangapatna, Island fortress of Tippu Sultan, the legendary Tiger of Mysore who put up a valiant fight against British domination. Visit Tippu’s Summer Palace, Mosque, and Sriranganatha Temple. On arrival transfer to Indus Valley Ayurvedic Resort, Proceed for Ayurvedic Vegetarian lunch and later introductions to center. Consultation with Doctor and treatment at 18.00hrs. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
Day 2 Mysore: Morning treatment and breakfast at 09.00hrs. Visit to Maharaja Palace, built in 1911-12 by Wodeyar Rulers, the palace is a splendid structure in the Indo-Saracenic Style, among its many attractions are a magnificent gold throne displayed during the Dussara celebrations. It is an entirely modern structure continuing the Hindu and Saracenic styles of Architecture. Visit to Mysore’s famous market and return to resort for lunch. Afternoon free for optional treatment or to visit world famous Brindavan Garden. Overnight stay at resort.
Day 3 Mysore-Karapur (2hrs/80kms): Morning after breakfast, checkout and proceed to Karapur (southern Part of Nagarahole National Park) and check into a lodge on the bank’s of the river Kabini for bird watching. A naturalist guide helps you identify the many varieties of birds and wild beasts and proceed for lunch. Tea at 1545hrs and proceed for wildlife tour at 1600hrs to Nagarahole National Park. Return to camp at 1845hrs & at 1900hrs-watch wildlife film. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 4 Karapur-Coorg (2hrs/100kms): At 0615hrs after coffee/tea proceed to wildlife sanctuary for coracle (local boat) and elephant ride (subject to availability of elephant). Wildlife Safari and return to camp at 09.30hrs. After breakfast check-out and proceed to Coorg. Check-in to the resort on arrival and proceed for lunch. Afternoon relax or take a walk in the Coffee plantation. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
Day 5 Coorg-Bylakuppe: Morning after breakfast proceed for half day tour to Bylakuppe, largest Tibetan settlement in Karnataka, visit Golden Temple, Sera Je Monastic University and Tibetan handicraft center. Return to resort in Coorg for lunch. Afternoon free at leisure for shopping. Dinner and overnight at the resort.
Day 6 Coorg-Bangalore (5hrs/250kms): Morning after breakfast, checkout at 11.00hrs and proceed to Bangalore to board your flight/train.
