Day 1 Bangalore -Mysore (140kms/3hrs): Meet and greet on arrival by Concept Voyages' representative and transfer to Mysore, enroute visit Srirangapatna, Island fortress of Tippu Sultan, the legendary Tiger of Mysore who put up a valiant fight against British domination. Visit Tippu’s Summer Palace, Mosque, and Sriranganatha Temple. On arrival transfer to an Ayurvedic Resort. Proceed for Ayurvedic Vegetarian lunch and later introductions to center. Consultation with Doctor and treatment at 18.00hrs. Dinner and overnight at the resort.
Day 2 Mysore: Morning treatment and breakfast at 09.00hrs. Visit the Maharaja Palace, built in 1911-12 by Wodeyar Rulers, the palace is a splendid structure in the Indo-Saracenic Style, among its many attractions are a magnificent gold throne displayed during the Dasara celebrations. It is an entirely modern structure continuing the Hindu and saracenic styles of Architecture. Visit to Mysore’s famous Devaraja Market and return to resort for lunch. Afternoon free for optional treatment or to visit world famous Brindavan Garden. Overnight stay at resort.
Day 3 Mysore-Karapur (80kms/2hrs): Morning after breakfast, checkout and proceed to Karapur (southern Part of Nagarahole National Park) and check-in to a lodge on the bank’s of the river Kabini for bird watching. A naturalist guide helps you identify the many varieties of birds and wild beasts. On arrival proceed for lunch. Tea at 1545hrs and proceed for wildlife tour at 1600hrs to Nagarahole National Park. Return to camp at 1845hrs & at 1900hrs-watch wildlife film. Dinner and overnight halt at the lodge.
Day 4 Karapur-Bandipur (80kms/2hrs): At 0630hrs after coffee/tea proceed to wildlife sanctuary for coracle (local boat) and elephant ride (subject to availability of elephant). After breakfast check out and proceed to Bandipur wildlife sanctuary. On arrival check in at Tusker Trial and proceed for lunch. Wild life safari at around 16.00hrs. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 5 Bandipur-Bangalore (220kms/5hrs): Morning safari breakfast at 0930hrs. check out and proceed to Bangalore to board your flight/train.
