(Bangalore-Cauvery Fishing Camp-Mysore-Coorg-Bylakuppe-Hassan)

Day 1 Bangalore: Meet and greet on arrival by Concept Voyages' representative and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure.

 

Day 2 Bangalore-Cauvery Fishing Camp (100kms/3hrs): After breakfast check out and proceed to Cauvery Fishing & Nature Camp, located at Bheemeshwari Village, the woody landscape amidst the forests of Karnataka is the Cauvery- the most majestic and sacred river of South India. Here you can get Mahsheer the finest tropical sporting fish known to man. On arrival check in at your well-furnished tents and relax. Afternoon proceed for buffet lunch and there on for much awaited activity, Fishing. Overnight stay at the camp.

 

Day 3 Cauvery Fishing Camp: Morning after breakfast proceed for fishing. Afternoon free to relax. Overnight stay at the Camp.

 

Day 4 Cauvery Fishing Camp:  After breakfast Morning fishing, boating & trekking, Evening fishing and overnight stay at camp. 

 

Day 5 Cauvery Fishing Camp-Mysore (100kms/3hrs): Early morning proceed for fishing and after breakfast checkout at 10.00hrs and proceed to Mysore. Enroute visit Keshava Temple at Somanathapur, the star shaped temple with three shrines named after Prasanna Channakeshava is the latest and the best –preserved example of Hoysala architecture. On Arrival check in to hotel. After lunch visit famous Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary and evening the Brindavan Garden. Overnight stay at hotel. 

 

Day 6 Mysore-Karapur (80kms/2hrs): After breakfast  checkout and proceed to Karapur. Enroute visit Mysore Maharaja Palace and then proceed to  a unique Wildlife Resort at Karapur, nestles on the Southern fringes of Karnataka’s Nagarahole National Park, on arrival check in and proceed for buffet lunch. Tea at 15.45hrs and proceed for wildlife Safari. Return to lodge at around 1830hrs and relax to unwind. A one hour Wildlife film show on Nagarahole is around 1930hrs. Dinner at Golghar and overnight stay at the lodge.

 

Day 7 Karapur : Morning wake up at 0545 hrs to get ready to proceed for Bird watching, Boating, Elephant Ride, Wildlife Safari. Return to lodge at around 0930hrs and proceed for breakfast. Afternoon for relaxation and walking. Evening Safari and overnight stay at the lodge.

 

Day 8 Karapur-Coorg (110kms/3hrs): Morning safari, boating. After breakfast, checkout and proceed to Coorg and check in to an Eco friendly nature resort located in Western Ghats. Unlike most tourist spots, Coorg still retains its old world charm intact. This cluster villages offer, crisp air, thick tropical forests, miles of exotic spices & coffee plantations and extensive paddy fields apart from abundance of flora and bird life. On arrival check in and proceed for buffet lunch. Relax or go for a walk in the coffee plantation. Overnight stay at the resort. 

 

Day 9 Coorg: Morning after breakfast proceed for trekking or try out the Ayurvedic treatment Or visit Nisargadhama is a tiny island, which houses a Deer park and two Elephants for ride. Bylakuppe is the largest Tibetan Settlement in South India, Where you can see the Golden Temple and also the Buddhist University. Return to resort for overnight stay.

 

Day 10 Coorg-Hassan (160kms/04hrs): After breakfast checkout and proceed to Hassan, on arrival check in to hotel and proceed for lunch. After noon visit Belur and Halebid temples to see the Hoysala’s style of constructions. Overnight at the hotel.

  

Day 11 Hassan-Bangalore (160kms/4hrs): After breakfast, checkout and proceed to Bangalore, enroute visit Shravanabelagola- Jains pilgrim place, the monolith statue of Lord Gomateshwara standing a top one of the hills is 18mtrs high and is said to be one of the tallest and most graceful monolithic statues in the world. On arrival at Bangalore proceed directly to airport to catch your flight/ train.
